For the biscuit base
2 cup Digestive biscuits, crushed
½ cup Butter
1 ½ cup Bottlegourd (Dudhi) , thickly grated
½ cup Hershey’s Strawberry flavoured syrup
2 cup Hung Curd
1 cup Whipped Cream
½ cup Hershey’s Caramel flavoured syrup
2 tbsp Hershey’s Strawberry flavoured syrup, for garnish
Few Mint sprigs, for garnish
For the biscuit base,
Melt the butter in pan and let it cook till it is brown to make burnt butter.
Crush the biscuits and add in a bowl with the butter and mix them together; keep aside.
For the Dudhi layer,
Take thickly grated dudhi and squeeze out water from it.
Heat pan and add in strawberry flavoured syrup with little water and cook for a minute. Add
the grated dudhi, let it cook for 8-10 minutes until all the moisture is absorbed.
Once thoroughly cooked, remove and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
For the caramel layer,
In a bowl, beat the hung curd using a whisk.
Add the caramel flavoured syrup and whisk together.
Add the whipped cream in the hung curd and mix together using cut and fold method.
Fill the mixture in a piping bag and keep aside.
In a mason jar, add a layer of biscuit crumble.
Pipe in the hung curd mixture layer.
Add in little spoonful of dudhi mixture on top of hung curd.
Again, pipe in the hung curd mixture layer and ddd in little spoonful of dudhi mixture.
Top everything with biscuit crumble and drizzle of strawberry syrup.
Garnish with mint sprig.
